East Valley Team memberKristin LaVanway talks about the East Valley housing market coming back to normal.
In the East Valley, banks are calling all the shots right now – they control the majority of the inventory, and in fact, the actual supply of homes that hit the market is largely dependent on the big banks. They control the lending side, they control it all! Who says you can't teach a rocket scientist new tricks. Since Kristin left her former profession for her new one she has built one of the fastest growing businesses in the East Valley. Kristin is known for her Youtube videos, make sure you check them out.
