East Valley buyers move quicker or risk losing the house

East Valley Team member Dean Ouellette talks about how waiting to make the offer can cost you the house.

Recently I was working with some buyers in the Chandler area and they found a house they really liked and were considering putting in an offer. After a night to sleep on it they still wanted to make an offer, but didn’t want to rush. The problem, they waited to long and lost the house they really wanted.

The market is not as soft as some would lead you to believe. That is the East Valley has plenty of buyers so if you wait to long, the house you want is likely going to be gone before you pull the trigger.
