Looking for a home in the East Vally, make sure you have a good lender.
A lot has changed recently, we have formed a new team, there is a new website at http://EastValleyTeam.com and I have a new haircut. One thing that has not changed is the importance of lenders in a purchase in todays market.
The difference between a good lender that can get a loan closed quickly and a lender who over promises and under delivers can be the difference between getting your house closed on time with little hassle and possibly losing the house, your earnest money or having to pay a per diem.
When we make a recommendation on a lender we have no financial interest in who you use, we just want to look out for your best interest. If you find a home for sale in the East Valley you want, we want to help you get it. A lender who cannot get a loan closed in 30 days or less could end up costing you a lot more money and many more headaches.
We can always give you some names of lenders to interview, but if you are interviewing lenders ask them, do you have in house underwriting? What promises do you make as far as coving the earnest deposit and paying per diems if they cannot perform and will they give it to you in writing.

I’m sure it was Thomas Paine who said the line – To argue with a person who has renounced the use of reason is like administering medicine to the dead.
